Dear Parents and Students,
This is to inform you that the Half-Yearly Examinations will commence from 15th September, 2025.
A reminder that Std 5 and Std 8 to 11 will be promoted only if they pass subjectly in the average marks in their exams.
Kindly take note of the following important instructions:
General Guidelines
Punctuality is mandatory.
School gates will close at 7:30 a.m. sharp and will not open for latecomers.
Students and parents must check the time table carefully each day.
Students must bring their own stationery, including:
Pens, pencils, erasers, rulers
Colours (if applicable)
Geometry boxes
Each student must carry a water bottle.
Only transparent cardboard must be used if required.
Students should proceed directly to their allotted classrooms upon arrival.
Use of unfair means during the examination is strictly prohibited.
If any student is found using unfair practices, the paper will be cancelled, and a zero (0) will be awarded.
Exam Timings
Nursery - 8:00 a.m. – 9:50 a.m.
L.K.G. to Std 10 - 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
(Except for Std 9 & 10 - only on Hindi and Maths exam days, the dispersal timing will be 11:00 a.m.)
Std 11 & 12 - 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
We request all parents to ensure timely pickup of their wards during the examination period.
