Greetings from Church School Beldih,
Please go through the following points and follow it strictly.
*The reporting time for students of L. Kg. to Std. 12 to school is 7:25 a.m. and for Nursery is 8 a.m.
*The school gates will close at 7:30 a.m. sharp for L.Kg. to Std. 12 and for Nursery it will close at 8 a.m. sharp.
*The late comers will not be allowed to enter the school premises.
*Nursery students will be dispersed at 11 a.m.
*L.Kg. and U.Kg. will be dispersed at 12:15 p.m.
*Std 11 and Std 12 will be dispersed at 12:40 p.m.
*It is expected that you drop and pick up your wards on time. Kindly make sure that your ward do not have to wait outside the school premises after their dispersal.
*The students are not allowed to bring mobile phone, vehicle of their own.
*Wearing of accessories which can be harmful in any way is prohibited.
*Kindly do not send your ward to school if they are unwell. Their health is yours and our first priority.
*Please take care that your ward comes to school in proper, neat and complete school uniform. (Tie, belt and house coloured T-shirt is available at the school store)
*Ensure that your child has filling breakfast in the morning and carries a filling and healthy tiffin to school.
*Your ward should carry a water bottle to school.
*Parents meeting day and time with Principal or Vice Principal is Monday, Wednesday and Friday only between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
*If you want to meet the teachers, it will be possible only through prior appointment by a written note from the teacher.
*Wearing of mask is compulsory.
*Using of sanitizer frequently is suggested.
*Ensure that your ward has a proper hair cut.
